Can you legally mock a commercial?

Its kind of like copyright infringement. You cant use an item exactly as it is in real life, if you change it and put your own spin on it then its OK. Unless you cause damage or are out to hurt someone, then it can be libel or slander. But if its changed enough to know that they are not involved and causes no harm, generally its OK.
